Step - 5 : Online Paymment of Registration Fees
Step - 6 : Confirmation of Registration
After First phase of registration candidate needs to wait for merit preparation and merit number allocation. After allocation of merit number candidate can fill choice of admission.
Step - 1 : After registration process, ACPC will declare merit list of eligible candidates. Candidate needs to verify the merit number and category as mentioned in reigstration details.
Step - 2 : After merit declaration, choice filling will be initiated online. Candidate are advised to fill maximum number of choices available to ensure admission.
Step - 3 : First round of choice filling will be Mock round, based on analysis given candidate should mofify their choices or add more choices if not able to secure admission in actual round.
Step - 4 : After choice filling for actual round, ACPC will allot admission on basis of merit and choices given by candidate.
Step - 5 : If candidate wished to confirm admission, he needs to pay token fee through online payment.
Step - 6 : It is mandatory to get admission slip online after paying token fee to confirm the admission allotted.
After Completion of second phase candidate needs to visit the institute and confirm allotted admission.
To confirm the admission at institute, candidate needs to bring the following documents at the time of visiting the institute.
Candidate needs to fill the registration form with necessary documents.
Fill the College Enrollment form with following documents.
1. Admission Slip
2. 10th (S.S.C.) Marksheet
3. 12th (H.S.C.) Marksheet
4. GUJCET/JEE/NEET Marksheet (if applied)
5. School Leaving Certificate
6. Category Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS)(if applied)
7. Non-creamy Layer Certificate (NCL)(SEBC)(if applied)
8. Income Certificate (if applied)
9. Aadhar Card Copy
10. Token Fee Receipt
11. Passport Size Photo - 3 Nos
Fill the College Enrollment form with following documents.

3. Best of Ten/Last two Semester Marksheet/CPI Certificate (whatever is applicable)
4. Diploma passing certificate from TEB/Head of Institute/ University
5. School Leaving Certificate

7. Non-creamy Layer Certificate (NCL)(SEBC)(if applied)
8. Income Certificate (if applied)
9. Aadhar Card Copy
10. Token Fee Receipt
11. Passport Size Photo - 3 Nos
To confirm the admission at institute, candidate needs to bring the following documents at the time of visiting the institute.
After Passing 12th Science with GUJCET (GUJarat Common Entrance Test) for entry in 1st year, following documents are required.
