ACPC Registration Process

Step - 1 : Admission advertisement in leading news papers

Step - 2 : Online Registration on www.gujacpc.nic.in

Step - 3 : Online filling of Registration Form

Step - 4 : Uploading the required documents

Step - 5 : Online Paymment of Registration Fees

Step - 6 : Confirmation of Registration

After First phase of registration candidate can visit the institute and apply for the admission on Management Quota seats. Candidate needs to wait for merit preparation. After allocation of merit list preparation candidate can fill college enrollment form upon successful shortlisted for admission.

2Offline

Merit Declaration and Admission Confirmation (MQ/VQ)

Step - 1 : After registration process, candidate needs to contact institute and fill the registration form admission on Management Quota/Vacent Quota seats. Institute will declare merit list of eligible candidates.

Step - 2 : After counselling of all candidates, shortlisted candidates will be informed regarding their admission eligibility.

Step - 3 : If candidate wished to confirm admission, he needs to pay fee at Institute and confirm admission on the Management Quota/Vacent Quota.

After Completion of second phase, the admission process is completed for Manangement/Vacent Quota seats. Now candidate has to fill the insitute enrollment form with necessary documents as listed below.

To confirm the admission at institute, candidate needs to bring the following documents at the time of visiting the institute.

  • After 12th Science (4 Year course)

    Fill the College Enrollment form with following documents.

    1. Admission Slip
    2. 10th (S.S.C.) Marksheet
    3. 12th (H.S.C.) Marksheet
    4. GUJCET/JEE/NEET Marksheet (if applied)
    5. School Leaving Certificate
    6. Category Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS)(if applied)
    7. Non-creamy Layer Certificate (NCL)(SEBC)(if applied)
    8. Income Certificate (if applied)
    9. Aadhar Card Copy
    10. Token Fee Receipt
    11. Passport Size Photo - 3 Nos

  • After Diploma Engineering (3 Year course)

    Fill the College Enrollment form with following documents.

    1. Admission Slip
    2. 10th (S.S.C.) Mark Sheet
    3. Best of Ten/Last two Semester Marksheet/CPI Certificate (whatever is applicable)
    4. Diploma passing certificate from TEB/Head of Institute/ University
    5. School Leaving Certificate
    6. Category Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS)(if applied)
    7. Non-creamy Layer Certificate (NCL)(SEBC)(if applied)
    8. Income Certificate (if applied)
    9. Aadhar Card Copy
    10. Token Fee Receipt
    11. Passport Size Photo - 3 Nos
